Artwork Format & Sizing
- All finished artwork should be in .pdf format
- Photo resolution 300+dpi, fonts embedded or outlined
- Choose Adobe PDF Preset “Press Quality” when saving file
Full Page Ad Specs
- Trim size: 8.5×11
- Bleed: 1/8” beyond trim
- Safety margin: minimum ¼” clearance from trim
Half Page Ad Specs:
- Trim size: 8.5×5.5
- Bleed: 1/8” beyond trim
- Safety margin: minimum ¼” clearance from trim
(Internal edges will be cropped as required)
Quarter Page Ad Specs:
- Trim size: 4.25×5.5
- Bleed: 1/8” beyond trim
- Safety margin: minimum ¼” clearance from trim
(Internal edges will be cropped as required)
Proofreading of all submitted content is the responsibility of the client, and UGJS Magazine is not responsible for any errors.
How to Upload Your Artwork / Ad / Files
2 Options:
- Google Docs: if you are more comfortable with the google suite, you can create a google folder with your uploaded documents & files. Share the folder with kristine@contentointeractivegroup.com
- Wetransfer: zip your files together and send them through https://wetransfer.com, send to Kristine@contentointeractivegroup.com
